The Borough of Mechanicsburg Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) has an opening for a sitting member on the board. In order to be considered for the position, you must be a resident of the historic district or a property owner within the district.
The HARB is a board made up of volunteers who promote, enhance, perpetuate and preserve all buildings and structures in the Borough of Mechanicsburg Historical District. The HARB holds monthly meetings where they review, meet with residents and recommend action to be taken by Borough Council regarding projects taking place in the Historic District.
The meetings are held the first Monday of every month at 6:30 PM and at this time residents present their project applications for recommendation of approval.
